So what? For Christian leaders, practitioners, creative scholars and lay believers, this question requires more from us. As we reflect on Jesus taking on flesh and coming to earth, we are reminded of a God who knows where people are located. If we believe in a God who incarnated himself and was attuned to the hard stories of his time, such is the mandate for us today - in our cities, in our communities and inner city congregations.

 

This issue of ANNO DOMINI seeks to dip its feet in the waters and whet our appetites with what it looks like to engage with the lived realities of the people around us, using the framework of the Praxis Cycle.
